Soul Plane Orientation

Piecing together the thousands of eyewitness accounts by those who’ve already crossed over, here are some of the highlights of what you can expect over there and what your "greeter" will tell you to orient you to your new home:
• It will happen regardless of your beliefs. You can’t “opt out” of the afterlife by denial. You just slow things down a little by insisting on oblivion. If you believe that death is oblivion, that’s exactly what you will experience initially – nothingness. You just won’t see all the guides, teachers and angels all around you. Neither will you see your loved ones standing around in the light, for you are in a personal void – cold, dark, lonely nothingness. How long will you be there? As long as your consciousness can withstand the avalanche of love being sent from all your loved ones, guides and angels. Eventually (days, weeks, months in our terms although there’s no time over there), their love will break through, like the sun appearing through a break in the clouds. Then, you’ll get the greeting, and your Welcome Home party can start.
• Your mind, emotions and etheric body leave your physical body. Initially you will be in the same location, but you very soon find yourself in surroundings that feel every bit as tangible as the Earth plane used to feel to you.
• The nature of those surroundings initially depends on your beliefs about the afterlife. If you believe in oblivion, you will sleep for a while. If you believe the afterlife is one long “fire and brimstone sermon by a rapid pastor,” that is exactly what you’ll get … at least until you’re bored. If you harbor the beliefs found in this web site, you will find yourself in an idyllic setting, surrounded by loving beings who have already crossed over, with whom you communicate telepathically. It is, therefore, essential to learn as much as possible about what to expect.
• Any physical disabilities disappear and you find yourself in the prime of life.
• Your mind controls every facet of your experience and you can travel anywhere instantaneously simply by thinking about that location.

• Your first "engagement" on the soul plane is to conduct your own life review.
